We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially the receptionist. They provided us with great service, including arranging a connecting room for our family. The hotel is child-friendly, with spacious rooms and private parking right at the hotel's doorstep. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the amenities provided, such as iron, hair dryer, AL-QURAN, and praying mat. The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, and gym, were well-maintained and easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a variety of eating options nearby, including mamak, tomyam seafood, and fast food.
Nothing, all great.

This place is conveniently located right next to the royal gallery, and we really liked our stay and would definitely recommend it. The nearby restaurant, yee li lou, is within a short walking distance, making it very convenient for dining. Perfect for a city break!

I had a really nice stay at this hotel near the roundabout. The rooms were clean and the king bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive and took fast action to address any concerns. The wifi was fast and there were basic amenities like a mini bar and coffee/tea in the room. The hotel also provided breakfast which was a good value for money.
No improvement needed, everything was okay.

The weekend stay was great! The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. It was a relief to find that the hotel had a swimming pool, which was a hit with the kids. , the fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a plus, making it easy for me to stay connected with my work.
There were some downsides. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were no slippers provided.

I recently had a short stay at this hotel and it turned out to be the most comfortable experience I've had during my trip in Malaysia. The value for money was truly refreshing, exceeding my high expectations. Despite needing a bit of TLC, the spacious room was surprisingly big for the price, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location near the roundabout and its proximity to the train or bus station and nearby mall were also major advantages.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and quick to take action when I had a minor issue with my room. The wifi was fast, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby, including local favorites like mamak and tomyam seafood. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including an iron, hair dryer, and even an AL-QURAN and praying mat. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were fantastic. I also appreciated the efficient service from the receptionist, whose name I can't recall but it started with an H. When I requested a babycot, they couldn't provide one but gave us a pillow and blanket instead, which worked out well. Thank you, Hotel Aliya, I will definitely be back!
All in all, everything was okay during my stay.

The hotel's surroundings were pleasant with lots of food options nearby. the hotel staff was friendly and always tried their best to help. the bed in the room was comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. they provided some complimentary toiletries which was useful.
The hotel room itself was a big letdown. the furnishings were outdated and dirty, and the bathroom was in dire need of repair.
